Clay F. Olmstead followed in his grandfather and father's footsteps by becoming an attorney in 1976. He graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and went to work with his father. He was an assistant prosecuting attorney for over 20 years and a Circuit Court referee for over 28 years. He has been married for over forty years and has two sons. Clay's practice has involved virtually every aspect of the law with special emphasis on civil and criminal litigation, divorce, personal injury, bankruptcy, estate planning, probate, drunk driving, driver's license restoration and business relationships. He is well known as a tenacious and tireless fighter for his clients. The Olmstead family has served the legal needs of West Michigan for over 100 years.
